Situated on Waka Moana Drive, this townhouse development comprises sixteen two-storey units with RibRaft foundations at ground level and timber floors for the upper levels. High noise control and fire resistance are provided by the GIB Intertenancy Barrier Systems separating the units. The external wall enclosure is a combination of corrugated iron roofing and wall cladding, brick veneer, and Abodo vertical timber cladding.
